Julia McCarrel is the Head of Benefits for Americas & Global programs at Logitech. In her current role, she oversees all benefit programs for the US, Latin America and Canada, global wellbeing programs, anniversaries & awards, outplacement services and more. Prior to joining Logitech, she built her background in benefits, people operations and recruiting at companies like IAC, Pandora Music and Collibra. She lives in New York with her two children and husband. In her free time, she still enjoys playing soccer in a women's league, spending time with her family & friends and traveling.
