Julia Schmitt is the Associate Director of Customer Success at Cleo. Julia joined the Cleo Customer Success team in 2021, and has over 15 years of experience in the benefits space, including an extensive background as a customer success leader in the behavioral health vertical. She is passionate about partnering with organizations to drive awareness and impact of the health and wellbeing programs they offer to employees. Julia lives in Southern California with her husband, two young daughters and senior French Bulldog.
