Julie Neimat serves as EVP Talent & Culture for Warner Bros. Discovery where she oversees the company’s strategy for learning, talent acquisition, org effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, culture, and wellbeing. Before her work at WBD and Discovery, Julie led HR and Operations at Wind-Up Entertainment, an indie record label and music publishing company. She also served as an HR Business Partner for DoubleClick, a global Internet Advertising Solutions company. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and English Literature from Michigan State University. Julie also serves as president of C2HR, the HR Association serving a diverse and vibrant community of HR professionals in the technology, media, and entertainment industries.
