Kat Koroskenyi has been intrigued by health data since taking a biostatistics class almost two decades ago, but only recently merged that interest into her career as Director, Benefits Governance at Fidelity Investments. Kat started with the company as a researcher while receiving her M.S. in Information Science and spent some time working in corporate / product strategy and Fidelity’s internal management consulting group before joining the Benefits team. She is passionate about facilitating informed and data-driven decisions and enabling employee well-being.
