Kate Duchene

Chief Executive Officer
RGP

As CEO, President and Board member of RGP, I lead an organization that’s been redefining how professionals work in ways that are more flexible, collaborative, empathetic and ultimately, more human. I’m proud to have established RGP as a global leader in the Now of Work transformation that is rapidly unfolding across all industries and all business enterprises.

Today, RGP employs more than 5,000 professionals, and annually engages with over 2,400 clients, including over 85% of the Fortune 100. During my tenure as CEO, the firm has been recognized with numerous awards, including BPO Partner of the Year by NetSuite, America’s Best Midsize Companies by Forbes and the Best Management Consulting Firms by Forbes.
I’m honored to have been recognized by Orange County Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business and General Counsel Awards; Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Staffing 100 North America List for 2021; and SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List for 2020.

I’m passionate about addressing the unmet needs of today’s workplaces and the future-proofing requirements of tomorrow. I’ve had the privilege of addressing these macro trends at conferences such as SIA’s Executive Forum North America, USC Marshall Corporate Directors Symposium, The Chicago Network, OCTANE Technology Innovation Forum and Forum for Corporate Directors.

Today’s Boards of Directors—public, private and nonprofit—are recognizing that Human Capital is the engine that drives the sustainability of their enterprises, and there is a critical need to reflect diversity of gender, ethnicity, generational representation and skill sets throughout their organizations. My corporate board work is focused on helping directors facilitate strategies to attract and retain top talent and build more agile workforce strategies. Currently, I sit on the board of RGP (NASDAQ: RGP) and previously I served on the board of Collectors Universe, Inc., a publicly traded, NASDAQ-listed company prior to its transition to a private company.

My nonprofit board work reflects my deep commitment to human rights and education. I have served on the boards of Human Options – an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence; California Minority Counsel Program; Orange County Community Foundation; and University of California Irvine Foundation.
