Kathy Horgan

Kathy Horgan is a C-suite leader with more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing human capital management strategies within Fortune 500 global banking, asset management, and financial services companies. Kathy has successfully deployed talent, culture, and change management programs as part of global expansion strategies, M&A transactions, and business transformation, including large-scale digitization initiatives.

Kathy is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Corporate Citizenship Officer at State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT), a globally systemic important bank (G-SIB) and one of the world's leading global providers of financial services to institutional investors, including investment servicing, investment management, and investment research and trading. She is a member of State Street’s Executive Committee and leads a 900-person global team with responsibility for talent acquisition, education and learning, leadership development, total rewards, and workforce analytics for more than 40,000 employees in over twenty countries worldwide.

A recognized leader and board member, Kathy was the recipient of the 2021 Pinnacle Award from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. She earned her undergraduate degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
