Katie Knowlton is the Senior Director, Global Benefits at TE Connectivity. TE Connectivity operates 3 primary segments - Communications, Transportation & Industrial.   Katie is responsible for Global Health & Welfare programs including the Global wellbeing program which she launched in 2021 focused on 6 pillars of Wellbeing - Physical, Emotional, Financial, Occupational, Social & Digital.

Prior to joining TE Connectivity Katie spent 13 years at Jacobs, an engineering services company, where she was responsible for employee Health & Welfare Benefits globally and M&A.
