Keith L. Johnson

Keith L. Johnson chairs the Institutional Investor Services Group at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., a Midwest-based law firm in the United States. Mr. Johnson represents pension funds and institutional investors globally on fiduciary, investment, corporate governance and securities litigation matters. He is currently Co-Chair of the Fiduciary Duty Working Group at the Network for Sustainable Financial Markets, an international think-tank, and is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network's Shareholder Responsibilities Committee. Mr. Johnson is also a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Texas State Bar and American College of Investment Counsel.

Before joining Reinhart, Mr. Johnson served for 21 years as legal counsel to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), the ninth largest public pension fund in the United States, including over six years as chief legal officer. At SWIB, he headed the investment legal services, corporate governance and securities litigation programs and was a member of SWIB's Risk Committee. He was on the Executive Board of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA) and was President of the organization, as well as Co-Chair of the NAPPA Securities Litigation Task Force, Alternative Investments Working Group and Section on Investment and Corporate Governance. He also served as Program Director of the University of Wisconsin Law School's International Corporate Governance Initiative and as a member of the Stanford Institutional Investors' Forum Committee on Fund Governance.

Mr. Johnson has published numerous articles on pension fund and institutional investor issues. He regularly presents at legal and investor conferences in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
