Ms. Keys has the responsibility for the administration of Arrow’s benefits in the United States and Canada, manages the operation and communication aspects of Arrow’s plans, leads the Wellbeing initiatives in the Americas, and oversees the administration of Arrow’s Leave of Absence and Disability programs. She has been with the Arrow Benefits team since 2017 and in her current role since 2023.
