Kiran is an organizational psychologist, and an accredited psychological coach, with twenty-five years’ experience of working in corporate human resource management and as a consultant. He has been a specialist in leadership, talent management, organization development (‘OD’), and change across sectors, with significant experience in government, technology, consumer, retail, professional services, luxury, hospitality, financial services, and insurance.
Kiran has lived and worked in Europe/US (based in London), the Middle East (based in Dubai) and Asia Pacific regions (based in Singapore). He has held roles at Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Deloitte, the UK Senior Civil Service, Motorola, Majid Al Futtaim and Oliver Wyman. He has led, managed, and supported complex OD, change, and employee engagement programmes internationally, and at scale.
Kiran is a graduate of Oxford University in experimental psychology, a postgraduate of the Manchester School of Management in organizational psychology and holds a doctorate in psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London. He has formal accreditation in coaching psychology from the International Society for Coaching Psychology, and in advanced facilitation from The Gestalt Centre in London. Kiran is an associate of Singapore Civil Service College and has held associate faculty roles at several leading institutes and business schools around the world. He is also the author of two books on organizational agility.
As an Indian-born British citizen who is a Singapore resident, Kiran brings a multi-cultural background and global outlook. He has both a professional and a personal understanding of how diversity, equity and inclusion are connected to employee and organizational outcomes.
