Kirsten joined ServiceNow in 2022 with over 25 years of product management experience in procurement and supply chain solutions, spanning multiple industries, business models, and geographic regions. She spent most of her career at SAP and SAP Ariba, building solutions for Fortune 500 customers, both on-premises as well as in the cloud. She currently leads the Finance & Supply Chain Workflow Product Management team and is excited to build a new and promising business for ServiceNow.
