Kumar Bhaya is Vice President, Client Solutions at Cielo, a global talent acquisition service provider. In this capacity, he partners with organisations across Asia Pacific to provide tailored solutions to address their challenges around talent acquisition, a key enabler to achieving their business goals. With 25 years of experience ranging from executive search to recruitment process outsourcing, he brings a comprehensive yet pragmatic approach to organisations’ hiring challenges in the culturally diverse, and often complex markets of Asia.

Prior to Cielo, Kumar has worked with other global talent solution providers such as Korn Ferry and Kelly Services. He has an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College in Mumbai. Kumar is currently based in Singapore.
