Woon Lai Har has been our program director for the China HR Council since 2013. Lai Har has over 20 years of experience in the Corporate world (KPMG, DBS & Shell) as an auditor then Banker, and in the energy business first dealing in Finance Advisory, Management & Operational support roles, then in the arena of Human capital – specializing in Diversity & Inclusion and also in the areas of Learning, Talent & Leadership Development. Passionate about enabling success & significance for individuals & organization, she combines a powerful blend of commercial knowledge & experiences applied to Personal & Organizational Learning & Development. She drives execution of Strategic interventions & programs through top class facilitation skills, thereby contributing to sustained and sustainable accelerated development of Leadership & Team capabilities.

Lai Har is a believer that leadership is not just by position but by actions, founded upon strong core values of Professionalism, Passion & Purpose with congruence of the Head (Intellect), Hand (Behaviors) & Heart (Empathy). Lai Har has her own consultancy practice and does design, development and delivery in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, Talent & Leadership Development, Learning & Coaching. She is also an Educator with Duke CE, assisting with assignments in the AP Region, as & when arising & appropriate.
