I am a Southern California native and moved to San Diego in 1993 from Orange Country, California.  With the help of fertility programs, I am the mom of twins and one singleton!  My twins were born with a lot of fertility support and my singleton arrived on her own.  I have a personal connection to programs that support employees working through fertility, as well as families working through later phases in life.  Now that my kids are here and I am entering a new phase I am tired of hearing “this is normal”, I want someone to hear me!  I deserve support, you deserve support, regardless of stage of life or male/female.  Working for a company that sees value across demographics is critical to growing a diverse workforce.  Age is a number and talent expand across that number.
