Laura Collymore is the VP of Strategic Alliances at Found, where she brings her passion for driving impactful industry change to the metabolic care space. In her role, Laura supports benefits consultants as they identify transformative solutions for their clients. She is also responsible for driving growth through partnerships with other like-minded organizations that look to expand access to healthcare for chronic conditions.

Laura brings over 20 years of healthcare benefits experience, driving innovation and value in the employee benefits and health tech sectors. Formerly a Principal in Mercer’s New York Health & Benefits practice, she specialized in developing high-value programs through analytics, innovation, and financial management, and played a leadership role in Mercer’s national Large and Jumbo Employer Team. Prior to Mercer, she led benefits strategy at a prominent hedge fund and served as a healthcare consultant at WTW and Aon. Transitioning to the health tech space, Laura built Spring Health’s Strategic Alliances team from the ground up, contributing to substantial company growth and securing significant new business through strategic partnerships with benefits consultants. Laura holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
