Leslie Pilliod is the Vice President of Benefits and Well-being at Target Corporation. In this role, Leslie leads the health and financial benefits and well-being strategy for more than 400,000 employees. Target has long invested in its team by giving them opportunities to grow professionally, take care of themselves, each other and their families and make a difference for guests and their communities. Leslie and her team work to remove barriers to well-being and to help Target team members take care of their whole self, both at and outside of work, through innovative and inspiring benefit programs. Leslie has been with Target for 18 years and has served in a variety of Finance and Human Resources positions. Leslie graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Finance and Risk Management.
