Lindsay Lange is a senior consulting actuary and leader of WTW’s Healthcare Delivery practice. Her team works to identify opportunities to improve the delivery of care within employer-sponsored health plans, driving toward better quality and higher value. She works with employers to design and evaluate prospective strategies and solutions, including alternative networks and plan designs, value-based care, and direct contracting. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
