Lisa is the Director of Total Rewards for Baird. Founded in 1919, Baird is an international financial services firm with more than $400 billion in client assets providing Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Private Equity services to clients through our offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.

As a member of Baird’s Senior Human Resources Leadership Team, Lisa is responsible for the overall strategy, design, administration, and integration of Baird’s total rewards programs including health & welfare, compensation, retirement, recognition, well-being, time/work/life and non-monetary benefits. She has held health consulting positions and has more than 25 years of total rewards experience.

Lisa serves on the Executive Steering Committee of the Business Health Care Group of Eastern Wisconsin. She is Past President of the Board of Directors of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Chapter of the International Foundation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists. She has also served on the Education and Communications Committee of the Plan Sponsor Council of America, and the Customer Advisory Council of WebMD and Principal Financial Group. Lisa graduated from Marquette University with a B.A. in Communications and has earned her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
