Lisa Poon is a Sr Benefits Manager at Meta (formerly Facebook) who advocates for family friendly workplaces. She joined Meta’s global benefits team in September 2015 to lead Family Programs to scale with company growth. Lisa is currently responsible for developing long-term strategies and cost-effective solutions for caregiving support programs and employee engagement initiatives relevant to an increasingly mobile, multi-cultural, multi-generational workforce at various stages of their careers and lifecycles. Prior to Meta, Lisa was a Benefits Manager for Cisco Systems where she oversaw the operation of on-site child-care centers in San Jose, CA and Bangalore, India, and the build out of Cisco’s first child-care center in London, UK. During her tenure, Lisa has served thousands of families across the globe and is known for her collaboration and transparent style.
