Lisa joined Marriott in May 2023 is responsible for strategic innovation and direction, and ongoing design and strategy of U.S. healthcare, as well as the creation of innovative programs to support the global well-being of Marriott’s global employees.

Prior to Marriott, she previously held the position of Head of Global Benefits and Compensation at Equinox Group. Prior to Equinox Group, she lead Benefits for U.S. at WPP plc.  Lisa began her career within Underwriting at CIGNA Healthcare. She then moved into consulting as a Senior Analyst at Watson Wyatt before entering the employer space at Warner Media (previously Time Warner).
