Dr. McLaughlin is the Associate Chief Medical Officer at apree health, leading the Senior Clinical Leadership Team and the Provider Organization.  She is also the executive sponsor of apree's Columbus, Ohio market, including anchor client JPMorgan Chase.  Dr. McLaughlin believes that transforming the health of a population starts with each individual patient and a strong patient-provider relationship. She works to ensure that best in class Advanced Primary Care and Value Based Care are a focus clinically.

Dr. McLaughlin previously worked for 17 years in direct patient care. Her first three years of practice were in a community-based fee-for-service family medicine practice. She then spent the next 11 years in an employer-based primary care clinic at Cerner Corporation, taking care of the employees and their families. Prior to her current role at apree health, Dr. McLaughlin was the Regional Lead Physician in apree’s Kansas City market, and then was the Central & Eastern Regional Medical Director. She focused on quality clinical outcomes and educating the providers as the value-based model continued to develop and evolve.

Dr. McLaughlin trained in Family Medicine at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She received her undergraduate degree and her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
