Mary Kay Conley strives to create an exceptional employee experience through her responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Allegion’s benefit programs. She joined Allegion in 2017 and has served in this role since 2022. Mary Kay has over 30 years of experience in benefits and compensation in the manufacturing, digital technology, and financial services industries. Mary Kay holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the Daniels School of Business (formerly the Krannert Graduate School of Management) at Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication also from Purdue.
