Maureen is responsible for leading Modern Health’s people function with the primary mission to work across the organization to cultivate and care for the culture and systems that enable every member of the Modsquad to do important work well. Prior to Modern Health, Maureen was the Chief People Officer at Sprout where she helped grow the team from 200 people to over 1,000 team members and was a member of the executive team leading Sprout’s 2019 IPO. She also served as Chief People Officer at Cision and was part of the executive leadership team charged with reinventing the 80-year organization. Other roles include a stint in marketing for General Mills (claim to fame: part of the team who introduced GoGurt to the world), Nielsen, and Ipsos. She holds a BSBA from the University of Denver and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. When not at work, Maureen is a hockey mom who spends her time traveling with her husband and 3 children between ice rinks.
