Melissa Dal Vecchio is a Benefits guru with more than 14 years of experience in planning, administration, operations, and communications and a has a personal passion for supporting employees and their families.  As the Senior US Benefit Consultant, she oversees BMO's Health and Welfare plans and she has been responsible for many key enhancements to evolve BMO's programs.  Some of her most notable career accomplishments include the role she has played in several large acquisitions at BMO and the development of a series of "Navigation Guides" to present benefits information to employees in meaningful and digestible formats.
