Appointed in April 2024, Ms. Hubler serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (“SIA”), a global leader in the automotive industry employing over 6,000 people in Lafayette, Indiana.   In her role, Hubler is responsible for establishing the strategic vision for the company’s human resources functions, aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals and navigating the dynamic landscape of the global labor market.   She leads a team dedicated to implementing innovative HR technologies that enhance data-driven decision-making and resource optimization.   Hubler focuses on improving efficiency, employee engagement, and leveraging human capital strategies to impact business success.

Prior to her current position, Hubler held various HR leadership roles at SIA, wherein she led the design of employee benefit strategies that deliver value to employees and cost efficiencies for the organization.  A notable highlight of her work was her early adoption of disrupting traditional pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions.   By advocating for value-based pharmacy programs, Hubler played a key role in transitioning her organization to a more transparent and efficient PBM model that broke away from outdated, cost-ineffective systems.  This disruption has resulted in significant cost savings while ensuring that employees have access to the medications they need, when they need them, at affordable rates.

Hubler is a recognized thought leader in her field, having received the 2021 Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award.   Hubler is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and an active member of the SHRM Executive Network, where she contributes to the advancement of HR best practices.
