Michael leads Deloitte’s UK Reward, Benefits and Employment Taxes business, which is the largest of its kind in the UK. He has specialised in Financial Services for most of his professional career. Michael advises a number of FS institutions covering Banking & Capital Markets, Investment Management and Insurance.

Michael supports clients with their benefit needs, from benefit strategy, design, implementation, vendor selection, data analytics, technology and more. He also supports businesses to integrate their reward and benefit offerings following mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Michael also advises clients on various employment taxes matters, covering both the domestic and global employment tax compliance and employment cost reduction arenas.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and also sits on the Employment Taxes and NIC sub-committee of the ICAEW’s Tax Faculty.
