Natalie Sammarco is a Corporate Benefits Consultant with Health Care Service Corporation the parent company of Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, NM, OK, TX and MT. A graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies Natalie started her career with Amazon and joined HCSC’s HR team six years ago. She now helps deliver on HCSC’s purpose statement which is To do everything in our power to stand with our members in sickness and in health. She is part of the Corporate Benefits team which delivers a strategic health and wellness benefits offering to over 24,000 employees and 3,000 retirees.
