Nicola Vogel

Nicola is Senior Human Resources Director with Danfoss Corporation, providing HR leadership expertise across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific.  With over 17 years of experience consulting international business leaders on cultural transformation and organizational change, she is a trusted advisor to Executive Teams with a wide range of experience that focuses on innovative employee engagement strategy. This includes directing and delivering major projects/programs in the areas of; effective feedback culture, fostering organizational innovation and agility, harnessing effective communications channels and enabling the networked leader.  Prior to coming to Danfoss, Nicola held HR leadership roles for both SAS Institute and AT&T Corporation. Nicola has both lived and worked in Europe and the United States, and holds a Master's degree in Business and Organizational Psychology from USC, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University.
