Nihar is the Group Vice President of People Services. He leads DaVita’s Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, and Transformation centers of excellence.  Along with his fellow People Services teammates and leaders across the organization, he is focused on taking care of the teammates that care of DaVita’s patients and communities. Since joining DaVita in 2021, Nihar has helped drive the people strategy, build key infrastructure to deliver the people strategy, and ensure they have the data & reporting to drive insights and action.

Prior to joining DaVita, Nihar spent 23 years with Mercer providing HR/people consulting services to companies across a range of industries. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Nihar lives in Los Angeles along with his wife Megha and their girls Malini, Zamina and Inika.
