Pam Burgess is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center of The Conference Board and a steering committee member of the Coaching, Mentoring & Sponsorship Institute. She owns and leads Prequel Coaching and Development, LLC which combines her passion for the arts with learning and coaching. Through Prequel, she helps busy human resources leaders diagnose and remedy the organizational challenges they face every day.  The approach consists of thorough diagnostics with HR leaders and cross-sections of an organization, creating a map of what is, providing pragmatic solutions for found opportunities, and implementing processes and programs that support the mission and vision of the organization. 

Over 20 years of corporate experience working with large global companies has given her deep expertise in the areas of talent management and learning & development. In her multisector experience, she has held leadership roles in manufacturing, education, health care, and consulting. In these roles, she has worked with senior leaders all over the globe to create sustainable processes to elevate the way they lead and develop employees.

Pam has a BA from Saginaw Valley State University in the College of Business and Management. She is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach.
