As Director of Employee Benefits at Petco, Patrycja is responsible for delivering on Petco’s commitment to bring best-in-class benefits for the company’s 29,000+ partners. Her duties include developing and implementing a multi-year benefits strategy, cultivating innovative programs that support the well-being of Petco partners and their families, and driving results through a mindful leadership approach.

Patrycja started her career in PBM at Walgreens Health Initiatives where she drove progressive pharmacy benefit strategies for clients such as Panera Bread and Hallmark Cards.  She held a benefits consulting role at Lockton advising Pacific Coast clients on navigating the ACA landscape. Prior to her current role at Petco, she acted as the Director of Employee Benefits for Public Storage were she successfully modernized benefit offerings by adding digital solutions, a care navigator, and created a home-grown wellness program.

Patrycja grew up in the suburbs of Chicago which makes her a die-hard Cubs fan.  She currently lives with her husband and two small children in the southwest.  Though she is not a pet parent today she plans on adding a furry friend to her family in 2024. She enjoys visits to Disneyland, hiking, and has a passion for supporting children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
