Pedro Neiva is currently the HR Director Total Talent Management at SLB. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, his scope compasses the global remits of Strategic Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Management, People Experience and People Data & Analytics. In this role he led the SLB culture evolution deployed in 2022 in the context of the company rebranding.

Throughout his career, he held several HR leadership positions within the SLB Group in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. In his most recent positions, he was the Head of HR for the Americas and the Global Head of HR for the SLB Surface Systems business, based in Houston.

He is a Board Member of Houston Acceuil, contributor to Forbes and a frequent speaker in conferences on topics related to HR strategy, compensation & benefits and career development.

Pedro has a M.A. from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
