Raunak is a results-oriented HR and OD leader with extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategy for building high-performance organizations across geographies. He is passionate about building relationships and use of smart technology in the HR space while being a trusted partner to key leaders of best in class high tech global companies. He is passionate about driving business priorities and leading large-scale transformational changes by enabling it through simple and effective HR strategy. He has managed large-scale global projects and is recognized and respected for being a strong voice of HR at the executive table.

He is a DEI advocate and helps drive several mentoring and government affairs-related initiatives in the Singapore ecosystem. Outside of work, Raunak published his first fiction novel in 2020. He holds a Masters degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and is passionate about working with grass-root organizations on a variety of topics including mentoring, up-skilling, and other policy-related areas.
