Rebecca Booth is a professional governance advisor. She has worked over the past 14 years with corporate boards in Europe and offshore locations worldwide and is a member of the ICSA: Governance Institute. She currently resides in Guernsey, England, and advises London Stock Exchange listed companies in relation to corporate governance.
In 2017 Booth earned a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance and won the Vice-Chancellors prize for outstanding performance at Bournemouth University that same year. She has since gone on to present research to academic peers at the International Corporate Governance Society conference in Rome and to the British Academy of Management in the United Kingdom. Her peer-research work has been published in Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society and she has been a speaker at seminars on corporate governance best practice.
She holds positions on the Guernsey Arts Commission, is a business leader for the Sustainable Finance Network and a member of the Guernsey Green Finance working group.
