Roger Campbell is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board and a member of the Steering Committee of the Federal Agency Forum. He brings significant experience in the field of human capital, having served nearly 50 years as a leader in the field of human capital and information technology.
Mr. Campbell had a 31-year career as a public sector human resource manager and director. His last federal appointment was with the National Reconnaissance Office as their Chief Human Capital Officer. He is a former Senior Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. Following his retirement from federal service he served as a consultant and more recently as the President of Informatica Federal Operations Corporation where he led Informatica’s work in the Intelligence Community. He has an outstanding reputation for his work in organizational consulting and for bringing together the right resources to facilitate great collaboration between the public and private sector in the field of human capital. He has worked for some of the most respected management consulting firms in the country, and his influence extends into multiple federal departments, agencies, and institutions. Today he is a highly sought after executive coach as he continues to add value at the most senior levels of organizations.
Mr. Campbell is a graduate of George Mason University (GMU) and has completed graduate work at both GMU and the American University. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching program and is certified by the International Coach Federation as an executive coach. In 2015 he published his first book, Make Yourself Indispensable, and was recognized by the Human Capital Institute as one of the top Human Capital leaders in the US. He serves as a guest lecturer at the CIA, GMU, and Georgetown University.
