Russell oversees the Nestlé North American teams that are responsible for over $10B in retirement assets, daily cash, merchant services and exchange rate management, 20+ lines of property & casualty insurance, business continuity and enterprise risk management.  He is based in Cleveland, Ohio but from 2018-2021 spent 3 years on assignment at Nestlé’s global headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland managing the team’s Group Pensions Unit that provides corporate oversight to the company’s $20B+ in global post-employment plan assets and liabilities.  From 2011, when he joined Nestlé, until moving to Switzerland in 2018, Russell oversaw the US pension and executive compensation programs and served as a member on the company’s Benefits Committee as part of the US Total Rewards team.  Russell was a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries prior to letting his credentials expire in 2020 and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.  He began his career at Ernst & Young and worked as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson prior to joining Nestlé.
