Sebastian is an Expert Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s M&A Practice in the New Jersey Office. He joined McKinsey in 2010 in the Berlin/Germany Office and has spent the majority of his time on M&A, across industries, ranging from strategy to post-transaction, with a focus on value capture.
