Sharon Brokenbough

Sharon Brokenbough is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. She is the CEO and founder of ROS Professional Partners LLC, a consultancy focused on executive coaching, strategic planning, change management, human resources, leadership development, and diversity, equity & inclusion. A trusted adviser with more than 25 years of experience, Sharon has held senior executive roles in finance, operations, and human resources and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations take their respective goals and objectives to the next level. 

Sharon is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied nonprofit administration along with executive coaching and organizational consulting. She holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in finance and is industry certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and an ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC) and newly elected Vice President for the Philadelphia Chapter.  She obtained her certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
