Shelly MacConnell is a women’s health innovation strategist, health equity advocate, and employee benefits expert, with more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

She is Chief Strategy Officer for WIN. In that capacity, she is responsible for developing WIN’s business strategy including innovation, alignment with external branding, communications and marketing, operational excellence, channel partners, relationship development, product, partnerships, and acquisitions.

She most recently served as Senior Vice President at Aon. She was responsible for leading Aon’s Health Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consulting solutions for the United States and led Aon’s national Family Building consulting expertise for employers across the country as well as US-based employers with global strategies.
