Shira Berger has focused her career on working with Fortune 500 Employers to remove friction from within the healthcare system - eliminating consumer confusion and improving access and outcomes. As a consultant at legacy Towers Watson, Shira helped grow the firm’s Health Management Practice, advising large clients on care management programs, onsite clinic feasibility, and clinical audits. Ms. Berger later joined Optum, where she spent a decade in the National Accounts space, strategically collaborating with clients to identify effective clinical solutions, including resources supporting behavioral health, family building, chronic condition management, and more. She was responsible for account management and client satisfaction for the several large Employer groups within her portfolio. Shira joined Amazon One Medical in early 2020. In the Vice President of National Accounts role, she is responsible for sales and growth in the Large National Employer space. She is passionate about supporting organizations and benefit teams by offering creative solutions that are impactful and also complementary to the broader benefit ecosystem and goals. Ms. Berger holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and resides in New York City.
