Stacy Chapman

Stacy Chapman is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Chapman supports the Human Capital Practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas.

In addition to serving as a Senior Fellow, Stacy is also Principal at HRealize, which offers strategic workforce planning and talent strategy coaching and consulting for organizations around the globe, including Applied Materials, Microsoft, Cargill Foods and others. Moving between her bases in Sydney, San Francisco and the south of France, Chapman helps organizations become highly effective at strategic workforce planning, building internal capability, developing toolsets and educating.

Chapman was previously the founder of strategic workforce planning vendor Aruspex, which she started in 2003 to solve the challenge of SWP. Previous executive roles include global product strategy in learning and development at PeopleSoft, and a range of roles in Europe, Asia Pacific and the USA.
