Suzan is an accomplished CHRO, Executive and Board Director with experience successfully leading corporate transformations, executive successions and transitions, devising human capital management strategies to facilitate higher employee engagement and performance and improved financial performance and growth. Over her 20+ year career, she has worked as a trusted partner to CEOs, Boards and senior leaders.

Most recently, Suzan held the role of EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Xerox Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX), a global office technology company. In this role, she led a global portfolio which included human resources, payroll, security operations, employee and executive communications and philanthropy.

Suzan’s leadership has been recognized by Fortune and Black Enterprise. Likewise, she has contributed to her organizations being recognized by Fortune, the Ethisphere Institute, the Human Rights Campaign, VETS Index, Disability IN,HRO Today, CSR Excellence, and the Great Place to Work Institute.

Currently, Suzan serves on the board of Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM), the largest designer, manufacturer and marketer of swimming pools in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
