Tanner has spent more than 15 years in employer sponsored benefits in a variety of industries including leading the benefits team at American Airlines, GoPro, and Samsara. In his current role at Lyft he leads the benefits, global mobility, and immigration teams supporting over 4,000 employees in eight countries. Tanner has a passion for designing inclusive benefit programs that support employees at all stages of their lives and careers. He has a love for travel and currently resides with his husband and dog in the San Francisco Bay Area.
