Tayo is Vice President and Global Head of HR Operations, Service, and Talent Acquisition at UPS, inc., the transportation and logistics company. In his role, Tayo maintains responsibility for global people processes, technology, analytics & reporting, and employee services. In addition to his functional roles, Tayo is also responsible for enterprise HR budgeting, strategy, and planning.

Prior to UPS, Tayo held various roles as a management consultant focused on enterprise transformation initiatives including operating model design, business process reengineering, outsourcing, technology transformation and performance improvement. Most recently, Tayo was Managing Director at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm based in New York where he led various performance improvement, market entry, and transformation projects with clients across industries.

Prior to Teneo, Tayo was a management consultant at Accenture in its Financial Services and Capital Markets practices and at Advanced Objects, a Chicago-based financial services consulting and proprietary technology company.

Tayo holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience from Duke University in North Carolina.

Tayo serves as a national board director at A Better Chance, an education opportunity non-profit, and is a member of Duke University’s Alumni Board of Directors.

A native Chicagoan, Tayo currently lives in Atlanta, with his wife, Pascale, and their three boys: August, Asa, and Asher.
