Teresa is Director of Work & Life Benefits on the Global Benefits team at Microsoft Corporation. Teresa and her team have responsibility for the strategy, design and end-to-end management of a number of benefit plans and programs in the US including Time away policies, leave of absence and disability management, insurance coverages, family and other ancillary benefits as well as consulting and ensuring alignment of work & life benefits across all Microsoft locations globally. 

Teresa joined Microsoft in 1997 and has held various roles across the Human Resources discipline for Microsoft.
