With over 30 years of Human Resources experience, Terri leads multiple HR departments at Northside Hospital that directly impact employee engagement, benefits and internal communications for more than 30,000 employees. She was instrumental in developing internal communications for the Northside Hospital system, including launching the myNorthsideHR platform with over a million quarterly site visits. Additionally, she is a decision-maker for several cross-departmental employee engagement strategy initiatives for well-being, retention and “You Belong at Northside” – Northside’s organization-wide diversity, equity and inclusion initiative. She has spoken to organizations like Home Depot at several conferences on employee engagement, health and well-being benefits and internal communication. Currently, she serves as a Client Advisor for New York Life and is President of the Board for the Northside Hospital Credit Union.
