Todd Gershkowitz is the co-founder and co-CEO of PayStandards, a software firm that helps companies manage pay equity and transparency independently, efficiently, and sustainably. Todd has 30+ years of experience leading corporate HR functions and advising board compensation committees, from his most recent role as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at State Street to executive roles at companies including UBS, IBM, GE, and Citibank. He is the founder of an executive compensation consulting firm that merged with Farient Advisors, and is a founding member of the Executives Forum of the Cornell Institute for Compensation Studies. He received an M.S. from MIT and a B.S. from Cornell University. Todd has served on the boards of several private companies and non-profit organizations and currently serves on the board of LineVision, a Boston-based clean-technology company.
