Tony is a total rewards professional with 19 years of experience in employee benefits, compensation, and wellbeing.  He and his team are responsible for all US total rewards programs at BMO, as well as employee relations in the US.  He joined BMO as part of the Bank of the West acquisition, where he was the Director of Benefits.  Previously, he was a consulting actuary with Willis Towers Watson, spending time in both the retirement and health & welfare practices.  He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
