Tracey Crowell leads Iron Mountain’s Global Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility strategy. Tracey is an experienced benefit strategist with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering award-winning global benefit programs noted for holistic wellbeing, innovation, employee engagement and data-driven financial impacts.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Tracey was Director of Benefits for VF Corp. a 50,000 global retail organization. Her career also included leading Global Benefits & North America payroll at Haemonetics and as a Vice President of Benefits Strategy at Fidelity Investments supporting 40,000 financial services employees. Tracey began her career in benefits consulting having worked at Towers Perrin (WIllis Towers Watson) and Fidelity Investment Actuarial and Consulting Services (FIACS) consulting to large employers on their benefit strategies.

Tracey serves on the Board or part of client advisory committees for several industry organizations. She is a Board member for the New England Employee Benefits Council and a member of the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable and the Wellbeing & Workforce Strategy Institute of the Business Group on Health.

Tracey received her BS in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.
