Wendy Beecham’s diverse and global career has spanned operational and executive management roles in corporate, non-profit and start-up/small business sectors in the US, Europe, and Asia. These experiences have allowed her to develop acute insights and problem-solving responses in support of her clients and their organizations.

Her work with clients has spanned industries including electronic publishing, technology, energy, healthcare, food and agriculture, and financial services/pension funds. Her expertise covers women’s leadership, board of directors diversity, corporate strategy, and growing and scaling a business. As an executive coach, Wendy inspires her clients to create opportunities to achieve their highest potential.

avis Graduate School of Management where she led the development of customized executive education programs tailored to the needs of her clients. In this role, she developed and delivered programs for a group of agribusiness CEOs in China as well as leading programs for CalPERS investment office staff and Genentech.

As former CEO of Watermark, an organization for senior women leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area, she supported the development of women’s leadership initiative groups and created and launched the Watermark Institute Board Access Program to provide tools and resources for women interested in attaining a public or private board seat .

Wendy also brings extensive operational and international experience from previous roles as managing director of Sweet & Maxwell, a UK legal publishing division of the Thomson Corporation and as a senior vice president at Lexis Nexis, a division of Reed Elsevier.

Wendy serves on the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors Northern California chapter and is an advisory board member for Illuminate Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture fund.

Wendy holds a master’s degree in library science from North Texas State University and a bachelor of science degree from Texas Woman’s University. She received her coaching qualification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
